Remolity, Inc. is seeking an experienced Inpatient Care Physician (MD/DO) to contribute specialized medical expertise to an AI project focused on improving clinical documentation and decision support tools.

The role involves training data input and shaping model reasoning for inpatient care workflows. The ideal candidate has hands-on inpatient or hospitalist experience, board certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine, and strong written/verbal communication skills for

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Recent inpatient or hospitalist experience preferred (within 2 years).
• Experience reviewing clinical notes and health records with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of chart review, utilization review, or medical coding is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess medical records, including FHIR data and clinical notes, for AI training and development.
• Evaluate clinical information and ensure all claims and statements are supported by documentation.
• Analyze inpatient documentation such as HPI, PMH, assessments, and care plans for discrepancies or omissions.
• Apply consistent standards and follow guidelines to ensure accuracy in clinical data review.
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to project teams to improve AI model performance and data quality.
• Communicate findings clearly through reports and stakeholder discussions.
