Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a Research Analyst to scout emerging technologies, analyze market trends, and deliver data-driven insights to clients. You will support the Trace3 Research Team with quantitative and qualitative research, and collaborate with industry partners, VCs, and internal teams to drive strategic advisory services.

The role emphasizes strong writing, presentation skills, and the ability to work in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related field.
• Minimum of one year of related IT experience.
• Excellent secondary research skills.
• Strong MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to work remotely.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct secondary research to share talent specific quantitative and qualitative data points backed by evidence.
• Apply deductive and inductive reasoning to test data accuracy.
• Collate data and prepare reports and PowerPoint slides with minimal inputs.
• Interpret data to bring out meaningful insights and correlations.
• Assist Sales teams to catalyze innovation in client discussions.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.
