Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a Remote Home Infusion Billing Specialist to collect outstanding home infusion claims while maintaining accuracy and timely processing. You will collaborate with insurers and patients to maximize reimbursements and reduce denial rates.

You will work from a designated remote workspace, supporting franchise partners and internal teams, and contribute to revenue cycle improvements that drive faster cash flow and better patient service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications abilities in English (spoken, written) to interact with patients, payers, and colleagues.
• Proven understanding of billing and collections processes and systems.
• Proficient use of MS Office and pharmacy applications.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision while meeting productivity targets.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review claims with outstanding balances and identify actions to collect revenues from insurers and patients.
• Follow up using payer portals to drive timely collection and maintain customer relationships.
• Analyze denials and trends to improve collection rates and reduce bad debt.
• Verify insurance information, gather documents, and submit appeals per payor requirements.
