Job summary

Hyland is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and optimize IT infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments. You will safeguard data security, implement backup/disaster recovery, and resolve outages while driving improvements across the tech stack.

Qualifications

Experience as a Systems Administrator with hands-on public cloud, virtualization, and server OS.
Experience with Citrix, NetApp, and Linux; proficient in Windows and MacOS & Office.
Strong knowledge of Windows networks; able to troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and professional demeanor; able to interact with stakeholders with tact.
Strong data gathering, interviewing, and analytical problem-solving; root-cause analyses to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and implement technology platforms; set standards and processes for design and admin of systems.
Safeguard security, integrity, and confidentiality of systems and data; improve security posture.
Design and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions; participate in DR testing.
Troubleshoot issues and outages; perform root-cause analyses to drive improvements.
Document designs, procedures, and troubleshooting; create training materials and conduct sessions.
Participate in audits to ensure compliance and act as escalation point for issues.
