Ladders is seeking an Infrastructure Solutions Engineer Lead Consultant to shape enterprise automation strategy and standardize delivery across the organization. This remote role partners with platform and security teams to expand Infrastructure as Code adoption and strengthen compliance in infra delivery.

Responsibilities include driving IaC standards, building reusable automation modules, and implementing CI/CD and security automation for infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and engineering standards.
• Experience building scalable, automated infrastructure for large orgs.
• Strong automation mindset and maintainable code design.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise IaC strategy, standards, and adoption roadmap.
• Design and maintain scalable infrastructure automation solutions.
• Build reusable modules and self-service automation capabilities.
• Develop automation using Ansible and Terraform/OpenTofu.
• Implement CI/CD, security, and compliance automation for infra delivery.
• Create documentation and training for IaC tooling and best practices.
• Collaborate with platform teams to accelerate IaC adoption.
