Job summary

First American is seeking a security-focused professional to support our information security awareness program and protect information systems from unauthorized access and disruption. The role involves identifying business process requirements, providing client support, and documenting security requirements and functions.

You will conduct risk assessments and stay abreast of industry advancements to ensure secure operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of information security experience.
• 2+ years with networking, intrusion detection, VPN, PKI, and firewall technologies.
• Prefers CISSP, GIAC, CCNA, or CCNP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Identifies business process requirements and related solutions for a specific need.
• Provides training and support to customers as needed.
• Develops and documents security requirements and functions.
• Generates reports and analyzes data trends for management.
• Oversees small to medium projects under supervision.
• Performs risk assessments and communicates security/compliance needs.
• Supports information systems development regarding risks of new technologies.
• Keeps up with industry advancements and applies them to work.
