Job summary

ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences LLC seeks an Information Security Engineer with active DoD Secret clearance to support DSOP platform cybersecurity. The role performs secure configuration, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and RMF accreditation across DSOP environments.

Remote within the U.S., EST work hours apply, 8 am–5 pm. Responsibilities include container/Kubernetes security assessments, baselining STIG-aligned configurations, vulnerability remediation, and CI/CD security

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of cybersecurity or security engineering experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher required.
• Expertise with Kubernetes security, container scanning tools, and image hardening.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field, or 4+ years of equivalent work exp.
• familiarity with DoD STIGs, RMF, ACAS, Nessus, OpenSCAP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct container and Kubernetes security assessments.
• Develop hardened configurations and STIG-aligned baselines.
• Build and maintain security controls for container registries, images, and pipelines.
• Perform vulnerability scanning, remediation tracking, and reporting.
• Support RMF accreditation and continuous monitoring.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps and infrastructure teams to integrate security into CI/CD.
• Implement zero-trust security patterns and secure deployment workflows.
• Manage secrets, certificate rotation, and identity enforcement.
