Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking an Information Security Analyst to join the Information Security team in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining security systems for a secure enterprise environment. The role centers on implementing robust controls and working across IT and business teams to safeguard sensitive health information.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT security, familiarity with CMS-related health programs, and CISSP or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Experience working with CMS, health plans, and health IT products.
• Strong QA background.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or related certification.
• Project management skills.
• Windows workstation and server administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, advise and make recommendations regarding security controls and architecture.
• Assist with evidence collection for vendor assessments.
• Create and maintain information security system reports.
• Assist in design and implementation of security processes and workflows.
• Maintain, administer and support VPN, Active Directory, Firewall, DLP, IDS, endpoint security systems and vulnerability scanning.
• Participate in resolving problems with security violations.
• Communicate with business and IT staff and vendors as security SME when needed.
