Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in information modeling, business analysis, or related disciplines.
• Experience organizing complex business information into reusable frameworks.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical structures that can be maintained by operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess Existing Information Assets and identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for standardization.
• Define Information Models and Taxonomies (business capabilities, journey families, journey runs, roles, events, outcomes).
• Establish Traceability Frameworks for capabilities, roles, integrations, outcomes, and lifecycle stages.
• Enable Coverage Analytics and Readiness Measurement to determine what is validated or missing.
• Support Test Planning and Execution Maturity with planning, resources, environments, and reporting.
• Establish standards for future automation including metadata management and classifications.
