Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, systems modeling, or architecture documentation roles.

• Experience maintaining architecture repositories and producing architecture models using Sparx EA or similar tools.
• Experience developing multi-layer architecture models spanning business, application, data, and technology domains.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture models using ArchiMate across business, application, data, and technology layers.
• Develop and maintain ERDs in Sparx Enterprise Architect translating requirements into data models.
• Maintain architecture artifacts and diagrams within Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Support end-to-end architecture views for various domains.
• Collaborate with solution architects, system integrators, and stakeholders to translate requirements into models.
• Document system interactions, integrations, and data flows across platforms.
• Support architecture governance ensuring models align with standards.
• Document integration patterns, system dependencies, and architecture decisions.

Role Overview

The Enterprise Architecture Modeler will support the development, documentation, and maintenance of enterprise architecture models for the transformation program. The role will focus on creating structured architecture views that align Icertis CLM, Ivalua Cloud, and Costpoint with enterprise architecture standards.

This position will help maintain the enterprise architecture repository, develop architecture viewpoints, and ensure traceability between business capabilities, processes, applications, and integrations across the program landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture models using ArchiMate to represent business, application, data, and technology layers.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-level Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) in Sparx Enterprise Architect, translating complex business and data requirements into logical and physical data models that clearly define entities, attributes, relationships, cardinality, and data dependencies.
• Maintain architecture artifacts and diagrams within Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Support development of end-to-end architecture views for CLM, S2P, and Finance domains.
• Collaborate with solution architects, system integrators, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into architecture models and viewpoints.
• Document system interactions, integrations, and data flows across Icertis, Ivalua Cloud, and Costpoint.
• Support architecture governance by ensuring models remain aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Assist in documenting integration patterns, system dependencies, and architecture decisions.
• Maintain traceability between business capabilities, processes, applications, and technology components.
• Produce architecture artifacts to support program planning, design reviews, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Business Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, systems modeling, or architecture documentation roles.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience using ArchiMate for enterprise architecture modeling (required).
• Experience maintaining architecture repositories and producing architecture models using Sparx Enterprise Architect (EA) or similar enterprise modeling tools (e.g., Visual Paradigm, Modelio, Archi).
• Experience developing multi-layer architecture models spanning business, application, data, and technology domains.

Nice to Have Skills

• Master's degree in Enterprise Architecture, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
• Experience with UML for system or application modeling.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar.
• Experience supporting architecture modeling across ERP, CLM, procurement, or finance platform ecosystems.
• Experience supporting enterprise platform transformations involving ERP, CLM, or financial systems is highly desirable.
