Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an Informatica/Tableau Developer for remote, contract work to support enterprise data integration, reporting, and analytics initiatives. You will design ETL workflows with Informatica PowerCenter/IICS, build Tableau dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in data integration or BI, 3+ years with Informatica and Tableau, strong SQL, and familiarity with cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data integration, data warehousing, BI, or analytics.
• 3+ years developing ETL solutions using Informatica.
• 3+ years developing Tableau reports and dashboards.
• Strong SQL development with Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL/Snowflake.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and data quality practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.
• Snowflake/Databricks or other modern data platforms preferred.
• Informatica/Tableau certifications preferred.
• Experience with federal government or regulated environments preferred.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Git/Azure DevOps preferred.
• 5-8 years overall IT experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter or IICS.
• Develop, enhance, and support Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, architects, and end users on reporting needs.
• Troubleshoot ETL processes, dashboard performance, and data quality issues.
• Support data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Develop data mappings and technical documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and deployments.
