Job summary

iRESTORE is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale creator partnerships for our Body and Skin categories. You will own day-to-day influencer strategy, recruit creators, and manage the full partnership lifecycle from discovery to reporting.

With 4+ years in influencer or creator marketing, you will collaborate across Growth, Brand, Paid Media, and Social to drive awareness, acquisition, and revenue while staying ahead of trends in beauty and wellness.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of influencer, affiliate, or creator marketing experience in DTC, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• Proven track record of performance-focused influencer campaigns from discovery to reporting.
• Experience communicating with influencers, talent managers, agencies, and affiliate partners across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Strong knowledge of creator economics, commission structures, and paid amplification.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships with creators.
• Track record of engaging creators and scaling programs.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; budgeting and performance analysis.
• Excellent written communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day influencer strategy and campaign execution for Body and Skin products.
• Identify, evaluate, and recruit creators aligned with brand and growth objectives.
• Manage the full creator partnership lifecycle: outreach, seeding, negotiations, contracts, briefs, approvals, posting, payments.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with creators, agents, agencies, and partners.
• Develop campaign briefs translating product positioning into platform-native content.
• Collaborate with Performance Creative and Paid Media for high-performing content Amplification.
• Secure content usage rights and creator whitelisting access.
• Monitor campaign performance across outputs, engagement, traffic, and revenue.
• Use insights to improve creator selection, concepts, and testing.
• Maintain trackers, budgets, timelines, contracts, and content libraries.
• Stay current on creator trends and new partnership opportunities.
