Job summary

Zekai is seeking board-certified infectious disease physicians to evaluate AI models by reading de-identified charts and judging AI responses. You will compare AI answers to charts, decide on the stronger response, and write structured rationals highlighting rigor and safety.

The role is remote, hourly, with flexible part-time hours; start date is immediate. Ideal candidates are US-based MDs/DOs with ABIM ID, active licenses, and several years post-training experience.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified in ABIM Infectious Disease.
• Active, unrestricted US medical license.
• Residency completed; fellowship if required.
• Currently practicing in the US with at least 1 year of independent practice after training.
• 3+ years of post-training experience strongly preferred.
• Clear written communication and close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI answers to infectious disease questions for clinical accuracy, safety and alignment with current standards of care.
• Check each answer against the patient chart and decide which of two responses is stronger.
• Write structured rationales on clinical rigor, completeness and clarity.
• Flag errors that could compromise patient safety.
