Job summary

XstremeMD seeks a Floater Paramedic to deliver clinical care across remote and industrial settings. You will assess and treat patients, perform essential occupational tests, and assist with patient evacuation when needed.

The role emphasizes independent judgment, strict confidentiality, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. You will work with DOT/non-DOT testing, telemetry, and EMR-based recordkeeping, while travel requirements and a flexible 14/14 rotation support client operations

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of industrial medical experience in remote environments.
Minimum 3 years of ambulance or ER experience preferred.
Proficiency with EMR and occupational health testing protocols.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite healthcare and EMS services in remote/industrial settings with telemedicine support.
Assess, treat, monitor, and follow up with patients; stabilize and evacuate when needed.
Maintain accurate EMR records and assist with MERPs and coordination.
Conduct occupational testing (audiometry, PFT, COHC) and DOT/non-DOT drug tests.
Support safety meetings, training, and regulatory compliance.
