Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Systems Engineer with expertise in industrial automation to design, develop, and implement automated systems for global operations. This fully remote role emphasizes collaboration with distributed teams and remote commissioning.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in control systems, PLC programming, SCADA, and HMI development, plus experience with robotics and motion control. Drive operational improvements from a virtual workspace.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation system design and implementation.
Strong proficiency with PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell), SCADA systems and HMI development.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement industrial automation systems remotely (PLC, SCADA, HMI).
Develop and troubleshoot control software and system integration for various industrial applications.
