Job summary

Outsource Access is seeking a Graphic Design & Layout Specialist to design and produce a 100-page spiral-bound book using Adobe InDesign, following branding guidelines. You will coordinate with the client and printer to finalize production specs and deliver print-ready files, with the possibility to assist on digital workbook projects during downtime.

The role offers remote work, ~20 hours per week, and potential transition to full-time.

Responsibilities

• Design and lay out a 100-page spiral-bound book in InDesign per branding guidelines.
• Use templates and design kits to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Incorporate client feedback and coordinate with the printer for production specs and deliver print-ready files.
• Assist with digital workbook design in Google Docs and Canva when needed.
• Support cross-training on workbook processes and digital content formatting.
