Job summary

Resilient Freight Solutions® is seeking independent Truck Owner-Operators to partner on a contract basis for freight transport across construction, plastics and polymers, and consumer goods sectors. This is a remote role; operators manage their own schedules and coordinate directly with the logistics team via phone, email, and digital platforms.

Day-to-day duties include reviewing load offers, planning routes, ensuring timely pickup and delivery, maintaining communications with dispatch, and

Qualifications

• Valid CDL and clean driving record.
• Ownership or long-term lease of a well-maintained truck and required insurance coverage.
• Experience transporting freight for construction, industrial materials, or consumer goods is beneficial.
• Strong time management, route planning, and basic navigation/technology skills (GPS, mobile apps).
• Ability to communicate clearly with dispatch, clients, and site personnel and follow written instructions.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, safety practices, and compliance requirements.
• Capacity to work independently, manage paperwork (BOLs, PODs, invoices), and handle remote coordination.
• Professional conduct, reliability, and commitment to building long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Review load offers and plan routes.
• Coordinate timely pickup and delivery with clients and dispatch.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and clients about shipment status.
• Document shipment status and proof of delivery (PODs, BOLs, invoices).
• Adhere to DOT regulations, safety practices, and vehicle maintenance standards.
• Represent the company professionally at client sites and delivery locations.
