Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking highly motivated, self-driven incident response consultants to join our services team, focusing on investigations for organizations facing advanced attackers using our AI-native platform.

You'll participate in incident response engagements, develop new hunting methods, and deliver high-quality reports and findings to client management and legal teams, driving effective remediation and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Experience in incident response investigations for organizations and targeted threats.
• Background in forensic analysis to determine extent of compromise.
• Knowledge of network protocols and network log analysis.
• Ability to understand static and dynamic malware capabilities.
• Ability to create remediation plans for compromised organizations.
• Understanding of secure network architecture and operations.
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP incident response methodologies.
• Strong communication of findings to clients and internal teams.
• Experience using AI to improve decision-making and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as part of the technical team on incident response engagements.
• Develop and use methods to hunt for bad actors across large data sets.
• Conduct intrusion investigations under leadership and outside counsel.
• Perform host and/or network-based forensics on Windows, Mac, Linux.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal reports and recommendations.
