You will develop standards, templates, reporting, and KPI tracking; lead governance meetings; and drive alignment with operations, regional stakeholders, and technology partners.

This role supports continuous improvement, governance, and effective incident communication in a remote-friendly, multi-time zone environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of incident management and service management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience producing operational reports and dashboards.
• Experience working in a global matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Advance incident management maturity through governance and reporting.
• Develop and maintain incident standards, templates, and KPIs.
• Lead governance meetings, reviews, and action tracking.
• Coordinate with Americas, Europe, APAC, and other regions.
