Qualifications

• Built or rebuilt an incident/crisis program with core definitions.
• Gained partner buy-in from operators, vendors, and internal teams.
• Drove adoption: playbooks, training, and exercises.
• Defined incident metrics and produced executive reporting.
• Experience with data centers or critical infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global crisis and incident management program.
• Establish definitions, severity tiers, thresholds, and escalation criteria.
• Lead cross-functional governance with partners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Develop playbooks, training, tabletop and functional exercises.
• Own 24/7 coverage model and executive dashboards for reporting.
