Job summary

Wesley Financial Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Rep to contact, qualify, and schedule appointments with timeshare owners seeking to cancel their timeshares. You’ll work with warm leads provided by a marketing team and earn base pay plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.

Top performers in 2025 earned $140,000–$160,000. The role is remote for select states with a standard full-time schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience (Telesales preferred).
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Call leads in an efficient and timely manner.
• Ask questions to understand the prospect’s situation with their timeshare and pre-qualify them for our services.
• Explain the value and process of working with Wesley Financial Group, LLC.
• Schedule appointments.
