What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilize training and knowledge base to accurately respond to customer inquiries and upsell products and services
- Listen to customer needs and resolve issues effectively
- Document and process customer orders accurately in relevant systems
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on changes in processes and systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or sales within a contact center environment
- Previous experience in state or federal work environments
