ScaleUp is seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Closer for its U.S. E-commerce operation. This 100% remote, independent contractor role demands turning high-intent inbound inquiries into paying customers over the phone.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience closing B2C sales over the phone.
• Advanced English proficiency with clear, confident communication.
• Ability to close sales in short cycles (15–30 minutes).
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and upselling skills.
• Results-oriented with familiarity with sales KPIs (close rates, average ticket size, daily calls).
• Able to work independently and manage a high volume of leads.
• Comfortable using CRM systems; Shopify experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective customers and close sales during the conversation.
• Follow up on abandoned checkouts to recover potential sales.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products and upgrades.
• Create Shopify draft orders and guide customers through checkout.
• Increase average order value through upselling, cross-selling, and multi-vehicle purchases.
• Track sales performance, including conversion rates, average order value, and daily sales.
• Follow established sales scripts and improve your approach.
• Share customer insights with the founders to improve the sales process.
