Base pay range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance options and converting leads into policyholders.

Ideal candidates:

• Are passionate sellers who can turn prospects into policyholders.
• Represent the Liberty Mutual brand and connect customers to suitable products.
• Are reliable and adaptable to different work environments.
• Care about customer needs and integrity.

Training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. All equipment is provided, and you must have a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; at least 2 years of sales/service experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills.
• Proficient in typing and PC use.
• Property & Casualty License required after hire; licensing training provided.
