$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Description

Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in Texas. Applicants must reside within this location to be considered.

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on their insurance needs and matching the right coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work required.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire (training provided).

Position Details

• Paid training over 16-18 weeks, including licensing if needed.
• No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.
• Work schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid-morning start (e.g., 11am-8pm CST).
• Work from home with provided equipment; high-speed internet required.
