Qualifications

• You’re at least 18 years of age.
• You have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• You can work 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM, 7 days per week with flexibility.
• You have at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience.
• Retail or call center experience is a plus.
• You’re computer savvy and comfortable with multiple monitors.
• You’re focused on delivering solutions and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Inbound calls only; no outbound prospecting.
• Identify customer needs through active listening to cross-sell products.
• Close sales with a customer-focused approach.
• Research products and pricing using multiple systems.
• Deliver a WOW factor through communication and ownership.
• Attend regular coaching sessions with your supervisor.
