Qualifications

• Candidates must be on track to obtain licensure.
• Required licensure includes LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, LADC, etc.
• Experience with treatment plans and clinical documentation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create treatment plans.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per company guidelines.

Skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries

Comfort working with a diverse client base

Proficient in Office 365

Experience completing DAs and clinical case notes

Education

Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field

Tools

Electronic Health Record systems
