Qualifications

• Experience in sales with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence).
• Must reside in a state where Hilton Grand Vacations has an active broker relationship (IN included).

Responsibilities

• Follow production and effort-based guidelines while upholding Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering superior customer service.
• Demonstrate self-motivation with a "One Team" mentality, capable of working independently and with partners across the organization.
• Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in scheduled sales meetings and trainings (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
• Navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Possess sales experience and contribute to closing deals.
