Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitors, Barristers or Chartered Legal Executives with experience in planning law.
• Experience in planning law and related local government matters is essential.
• Experience in highways law and public rights of way is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and commercially aware legal advice on planning law and development projects.
• Advise on Section 106 agreements, planning obligations, and related matters.
• Support major regeneration, infrastructure and development initiatives and advise committees and senior officers.
