Job summary

Solera Holdings, LLC. is seeking a Mid-Level In-House Counsel to join its legal team as Legal Counsel.

The position is remote across the United States and requires a JD, bar admission in any US jurisdiction, and 5–7 years of contract drafting and negotiation experience. You will Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, product, vendor, and licensing agreements; advise on contract risks; establish litigation strategies and manage outside counsel; and assist in developing compliance programs.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in any US jurisdiction (eligible for in-house practice in Texas).
• 5–7 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation (preferably in-house).

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, product, vendor, and licensing agreements.
• Advise corporate functions on contract risks, enforceability, and potential disputes.
