Job summary

Compleat Kidz is a fast-growing network of pediatric therapy clinics providing one-on-one ABA services in clinic and in-home settings under the supervision of a BCBA. We seek compassionate team members who enjoy working with kids and appreciate variety in their day.

As a Behavior Technician or RBT, you will collect data, follow individualized behavior plans, and support families and children in building communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-on-one ABA services under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data and complete session documentation.
• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Teach skills in-the-moment to support progress and treatment integrity.
• Travel between clinics and client homes as required.
