Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Remote Import Compliance Specialist. This is a full-time temporary position.

Remote Import Compliance Specialist jobs require candidates to have excellent communication and organization skills, along with accuracy and quality of work in a high-volume corporate environment. If you meet the qualifications listed below – Apply Now!

Responsibilities for the Remote Import Compliance Specialist include but are not limited to:
  • Audit import documentation at the time of export from port of origin to ensure all required information and documents are present.
  • Leverage research tools, SOPs, systems, and reference materials to provide timely, consistent, accurate information to customs broker.
  • Communicate with vendors and agents to obtain required compliance documents prior to arrival.
  • Support and assist Import Compliance Team with GTM product catalog data entry.
  • Aid in SOP creation for Import Compliance processes.
  • Provide support and work closely with managers and teams to achieve company objectives.
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, specifically MS Excel.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume corporate environment.
  • Ability to maintain and navigate large datasets.
