Precise Behavioral Inc in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking an Implementation & Scheduling Specialist to lead new program implementations, coordinate expansions, and manage provider scheduling across multiple service lines. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will ensure on-time launches, coverage, and strong stakeholder communication.

The role requires a detail-oriented, fast-paced professional with healthcare operations experience. The pay range is 65,000 - 85,000 USD per year (remote).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, implementation, provider scheduling, or related fields.
• Experience managing provider scheduling in a healthcare environment strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in behavioral health, provider operations, health systems, hospitals, or technology-enabled healthcare services is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational implementation of new client programs and expansion across Precise.
• Coordinate scheduling to support contractual requirements and multiple service lines.
• Utilize Excel and other reporting tools to maintain trackers and dashboards; produce leadership reports.
• Serve as primary operational contact between sales, operations, IT, and clients; coordinate meetings and follow-ups.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Clinical, Operations, Product, Technology, and Customer Success.
• New programs to launch on time; ensure coverage meets SLAs and client needs.
