Job summary

CVS Health, signified through Signify Health, seeks a client implementation professional to drive in-home program setups with clients and cross-functional teams. You will organize data, coordinate stakeholders, and manage timelines from contract discussions through the first in-home visit.

Remote US role with travel where necessary; strong communication and project leadership are essential to balance client needs with program capabilities. 4+ years preferred; healthcare familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, operations management or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years client facing experience.
• 2+ years managing tight timelines and diverse stakeholders.
• 1+ years experience motivating across teams to achieve a goal.
• Proven ability to lead projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong client communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client conversations to determine program settings and document requirements.
• Drive all aspects of client setup – data ingestion, member journey, credentialing, billing, reporting, and screening setup.
• Communicate timelines, expectations, and problem resolutions with clients and internal teams.
• Track implementation tasks and deadlines with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Prioritize client issues with resource allocation and available products to maximize success and satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive outcomes.
• Forecast and communicate updates with internal stakeholders for client programs.
• Submit and track tickets for client requests related to program success.
• Present complex concepts clearly to clients through data visualization and storytelling.
