Job summary
ImpactAssets Services seeks an Associate, Investment Operations to join our Investment Services team. This role supports investment execution and post-investment management for private debt and equity impact investments, coordinating documents, data entry and compliance.
Based anywhere in the US with East Coast business hours and occasional travel 1–2 times per year, you will partner with donors/clients to ensure accurate processing, timely reporting and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting/finance/investment operations or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or equivalent education/experience.
Responsibilities
- Review client recommended investments for suitability across all themes and structures.
- Coordinate investment document execution and funds wiring.
- Support investment data entry in multiple systems and create loan schedules.
- Identify process improvements and support cross-functional initiatives to enhance client experience.
