Job summary
Bio-Techne Corp. is seeking an Immunoassay Sales Specialist to drive sales of automated Immunoassay instruments and consumables across the assigned territory, including NC, VA, WV, MD, and DC.
This field-based role emphasizes consultative selling and strategic planning to grow market share, with base salary plus commission and stock-based incentives. Qualifications
- Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Life Science tools with 2+ years in field sales.
- Immunoassay experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation and time/territory management skills.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through consultative selling methods.
- Maintain and develop incremental business in existing and new accounts.
- Work with the Commercial Team to provide a coordinated customer approach.
- Field sales in the territory and visit customers ~75% of the time.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts for instruments and reagents.
