Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a field-based sales professional to cover the Great Lakes Territory (MI, IN, OH, KY, TN). You will drive growth for automated immunoassay instruments and related consumables, visiting customers roughly 75% of the time and partnering with the Commercial Team to promote our solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in Life Science tools sales with strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

5+ years in Life Science tools sales or related field.
Experience selling immunoassay-related products is highly desirable.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to translate customer needs into value propositions.
Familiarity with forecasting and account planning.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets using consultative selling.
Maintain and develop incremental business in existing and new accounts.
Coordinate with the Commercial Team to promote Bio-Techne solutions.
Visit customers ~75% of the time.
Demonstrate familiarity with scientific methods, reagents, and equipment relevant to the product line.
Provide accurate sales forecasts for instruments and reagents.
Use Salesforce.com to manage leads, customers, and opportunities; track progress via dashboards/KPIs.
Plan and execute account management to meet goals.
Ensure customers understand value proposition, features/benefits, competitive advantages, and applications.
