J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.

Responsibilities

Provide legal support to the team and clients.
Oversee case management processes and operational workflows to ensure compliance with California law and ethical obligations.
Assist in the establishment and management of the firm's California professional corporation and office operations.
Provide mentorship and operational oversight.
Coordinate with firm leadership regarding staffing, workflow management, compliance, and operational strategy.
Support quality assurance initiatives and procedural implementation across California operations.
Handle client escalations independently and elevate questions to legal leadership as needed.
Coordinate legal training and ensure consistent application of new guidance across operational teams.
Serve as the legal subject matter expert for operational projects.
Support process documentation and continuous improvement projects within the department.
