Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Immigration Attorneys with BigLaw experience to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review immigration documents, conduct research, and provide expert feedback to improve AI systems.

Ideal candidates hold an active U.S. law license and have demonstrated expertise in complex immigration matters, with strong writing and research skills and proficiency in case management tools.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. law license with immigration expertise
• BigLaw experience or equivalent background in complex immigration matters
• Strong writing, research, and analytical abilities
• Familiarity with case management and document review technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to evaluate complex legal information
• Experience with technology-driven legal projects or AI initiatives is a plus
• Ability to work independently on a remote, contract basis

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze immigration law documents and legal scenarios.
• Draft, edit, and evaluate legal content, including memos, briefs, and case documentation.
• Conduct legal research using industry-standard tools and databases.
• Use case management and document review software to assess legal workflows.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback on AI-generated legal outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal data and project deliverables.
• Apply BigLaw experience to complex immigration matters.
