Job summary

Ethos Risk Services seeks a full-time IME Operations Manager (REMOTE) to oversee scheduling of Independent Medical Examinations, Record Reviews, and Functional Capacity Evaluations while delivering exceptional client service throughout the process.

This non-clinical leadership role manages day-to-day operations, supervises staff, coordinates provider scheduling, ensures compliance with state requirements, and drives continuous improvement across the IME division.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include a high school diploma minimum; degrees in business/healthcare admin preferred.
• Experience in healthcare administration, scheduling, or claims is desirable.
• Leadership experience with coaching or supervising a team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IME scheduling, record reviews, and FCE coordination.
• Manage calendars, scheduling logistics, and communicate details to all parties.
• Foster provider relations and timely service delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure high levels of service.
• Generate appointment letters, invoices, mileage reimbursements, and related docs.
• Coordinate ancillary services such as transportation and interpretation.
• Supervise the Assistant Operations Manager with coaching and development.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, policies, and state laws.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency within the IME division.
