Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation in the United States is seeking an on-site Training Specialist to lead on-site training of the HCUS Modality product portfolio and support sales and field service through demonstrations and projects.

You will work with technologists, radiologists and staff to ensure proper operation, optimize image quality, develop training materials, and provide ongoing application support and customer education.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT certification.
• 5+ years of digital radiology experience.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates on-site training using validated applications, protocols, and processes.
• Collaborates with technologists, radiologists, and staff to ensure proper operation of HCUS products.
• Optimizes image quality across HCUS modality products.
• Develops and maintains customer training materials and documentation.
• Provides telephone and on-site support to customers, sales, and field service.
• Communicates feedback to multiple internal teams to improve products and services.
• Ensures compliance with FDA and ISO requirements and vendor credentialing.
