Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an on-site Training Specialist to educate and support HCUS modality products at customer sites. The role requires working with radiologists and technologists to optimize image quality and ensure smooth operation of equipment services.

You will coordinate training events, develop training materials, and provide telephone support to customers, sales, and field service teams while complying with FDA and ISO requirements.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred; Master’s degree in related field advantageous.
  • Registered Radiology Technologist, ARRT (R, MAM, QM, CT, MR).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital radiology.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates on-site training of HCUS modality products using validated applications and processes.
  • Works with technologists, radiologists, and staff to ensure proper operation of HCUS products.
  • Optimizes image quality across HCUS modality portfolio.
  • Coordinates training events with customers and HCUS contacts.
  • Develops and maintains customer training materials and support documentation.
  • Provides telephone support to customers, sales, and field service and feedback to multiple teams.
