Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an on-site Training Specialist to support the HCUS modality product portfolio. You will train customers, work with technologists and radiologists, and ensure high-quality imaging and effective system operation.

You possess ARRT certification with 5+ years in digital radiology, strong communication, and organizational skills. This remote role involves extensive travel and close collaboration with sales, service, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; Master’s degree in related field is a plus.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT certification.
• 5+ years' experience in digital radiology.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates on-site training using validated applications and protocols.
• Collaborates with technologists and radiologists to ensure proper HCUS product operation.
• Optimizes image quality across HCUS modality products.
• Manages full system training and coordinates training events.
• Develops customer training and support materials.
• Provides telephone support to customers, sales, and field service.
• Gives feedback to multiple teams on equipment issues and customer concerns.
• Supports resolution of application and image quality issues at product and system levels.
• Maintains training documentation and supports customer training needs.
• Works with HCUS team to gain customer acceptance of modality solutions.
• Educates on all aspects of the modality product portfolio.
• Identifies opportunities to increase market share by addressing customer needs.
• Maintains cross-department communications and supports sales/marketing efforts.
• Performs other duties as assigned; complies with quality and regulatory requirements.
