Qualifications

• 2 year associate's degree or equivalent experience in a biomedical engineering, electronics, or related field.
• 3 years combined field and technical support experience servicing diagnostic imaging modalities.
• Canon-specific equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer service requests (Tier 1).
• Perform remote troubleshooting and triage using remote connectivity tools and logs.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 with complete case documentation.
• Maintain updates in Oracle Service Request system and ensure policy compliance.
• Contribute to reducing downtime through efficient remote resolution.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in knowledge capture and CSC workflow improvements.
