Netflix is seeking an Imaging Specialist, Post Services, to lead advanced color workflows and keep peak image quality across the company’s global centers. You will collaborate with directors, DPs, showrunners and Netflix-owned facilities to deliver premium visuals.

The ideal candidate understands IMF, HDR, and Dolby Vision, and excels at problem-solving under pressure while coordinating with remote teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fast-paced post-production, manufacturing, or studio environments in a client-facing imaging-focused role.
• Experience with IMF, HDR, and Dolby Vision.
• Familiarity with cross-studio collaboration and streaming review workflows.

Responsibilities

• Imaging Specialist, Post Services—lead innovative reviews (grading, HDR, VFX) and evolve offerings across studios.
• Provide support to directors, DPs, showrunners in Netflix-owned centers.
• Lead projects to optimize color/imaging services and collaborate with global teams.
