Job summary

Pixelogic Media Partners, LLC is seeking a Mastering Operator for the Overnight Shift to produce HDR, SDR, and Dolby Vision deliverables in alignment with client specs. You will leverage Colorfront Transkoder, DaVinci Resolve, and Premiere to finalize media, assess audio/video quality, and ensure precise timing and captions across multiple formats.

You will generate reports, monitor workflow progress, and communicate feedback to project managers and clients while adhering to security policies

Qualifications

• Knowledge of post-production media workflows and tools used in mastering
• Familiarity with 4K/UHD, HDR, IMF expectations and standard specs
• Experience with audio/video equipment and calibration tools
• Understanding of codecs and quality control processes
• Strong written and verbal communication for feedback to PMs/clients

Responsibilities

• Generate deliverable packages for HDR, SDR and Dolby Vision per client specs
• Use software to manipulate media to required specs
• Evaluate audio/video/subtitle quality across digital media
• Check audio/video sync, subtitle and CC alignment and placement
• Measure peaks to ensure client spec compliance
• Create detailed professional reports on quality and progress
• Follow QC checklists with focus on accuracy
• Provide feedback to project managers and clients in writing and verbally
• Maintain and update the production workflow database
