Mach7 Technologies Ltd. seeks a Manager of Professional Services to build and run a new Consulting Services practice. You will lead diagnostic assessments, roadmaps, and client engagements with CIOs and imaging leaders while developing the playbook, team, and P&L.

You will recruit, mentor, and review delivery staff, shaping methodologies and templates. Remote work in the U.S. with significant travel to client sites and industry events.

Qualifikationen

• 10-15+ years in medical imaging, radiology IT, or healthcare IT consulting.
• Currently in healthcare imaging industry at health system, vendor, or consulting firm.
• Hands-on depth in enterprise imaging: PACS, VNA, DICOM, DICOMweb, HL7.
• Track record leading imaging migrations or PACS replacements from assessment to decommission.
• 5+ years leading consulting or delivery teams with billable utilization.
• Experience owning or shaping services P&L, pricing and SOWs.

Aufgaben

• Lead diagnostic assessments and strategy engagements with CIOs, CMIOs, and imaging leaders.
• Build and lead the Consulting Services practice, recruit the team, and own the P&L.
• Develop playbooks, templates, and quality gates for client engagements.
• Present findings to executives and turn readouts into next-step proposals.
• Travel up to 40-50% to client sites, partner offices, and industry events.
