Job summary

Mach7 Technologies Ltd. is assembling a new Consulting Services practice focused on imaging strategy, migration, and integration with health systems. You will lead engagements, recruit and mentor the team, and establish repeatable processes and a profitable practice.

You will balance hands-on diagnostic work with leadership responsibilities, owning playbooks, rate cards, and delivery quality while driving growth and client value across the enterprise imaging landscape.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in medical imaging, radiology IT, or healthcare IT consulting.
• Currently working in healthcare imaging or related field.
• Hands-on depth in enterprise imaging: PACS, VNA, EHR workflows (DICOM/DICOMweb/HL7/IHE).
• 5+ years leading consulting or delivery teams, including hiring and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic assessments and strategy engagements with CIOs, CMIOs, and imaging leaders.
• Run Enterprise Imaging Strategy & Roadmap engagements from discovery to business case.
• Advise on PACS deconstruction, VNA architecture, cloud/hybrid hosting, and EHR integration.
• Present findings to executives and turn readouts into actionable proposals.
• Build and own the consulting playbook, templates, and quality gates.
