Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of healthcare industry experience.
• Ability to navigate Windows PC applications; learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, reconcile, and accurately enter imaging orders received via fax.
• Verify orders contain all required information and documentation.
• Identify incomplete or missing information and contact provider offices for corrections.
• Maintain detailed records of order status and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with scheduling teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
• Prioritize STAT orders for immediate attention.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with policies.
