Job summary

ProPharma is seeking The Image Service Product Owner to lead the development of a centralized image service platform, primarily built on AWS Health Imaging, to securely import, store, access, and transmit DICOM and non-DICOM images across departments.

You will partner with the data and insight engineering hub, drive the product roadmap, manage the backlog, and ensure governance, access controls, and regulatory compliance are integrated into the delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with DICOM and non-DICOM image management and processing.
• Proven product ownership and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Exposure to image analysis projects and imaging needs.

Responsibilities

• Platform Development Oversight: Drive the roadmap and delivery milestones for the image service.
• Backlog Management: Flesh out the capability backlog with priorities and dependencies.
• Access Control Strategy: Implement fine-grained access controls for data stores.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure image storage, copyright, consent, traceability, and inspection readiness.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise between engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Prioritization and Delivery: Manage conflicting priorities and ensure foundational capabilities are delivered on time.
